Escala Hotel & Suites Budapest

We had a fantastic New Year's stay at this hotel! The apartment was spacious, with two bedrooms and plenty of storage space for all of our belongings. The kitchen was well-equipped, complete with a fridge, cooker, microwave, and kettle. We also loved the home entertainment system in the living area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The location was superb, with key landmarks easily accessible and a shopping center nearby.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been better. the breakfast could have been more varied.

Staying here was an absolute pleasure! I really enjoyed the location, which is convenient since it is close to a mall that offers a wide variety of food and beverage options. I also loved how close it was to public transport, making it easy to explore the area. On top of that, the staff were extremely professional and helpful, providing services such as room service, car hire, dry cleaning, grocery shopping. The room was equipped with everything I could ever need, including tea and coffee facilities, a kitchen with cookware and utensils, and a television with an AM/FM alarm clock.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We loved the terrific location, just a short walk from Klinikak metro station and Corvin Plaza mall. The variety of nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and shops made our stay convenient. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were kind, welcoming, and professional. Our spacious two-bedroom apartment had comfortable king-size beds and stylish, modern furniture. The spotlessly clean bathroom with excellent water pressure and L'Occitane toiletries was a pleasant surprise. The fully equipped kitchen and living room area, along with high-speed Wi-Fi, were great amenities. The early check-in and assistance from the reception staff were much appreciated. The hearty breakfast had a wide range of options, and we found the hotel to be great value for money. the employees provided excellent customer service.

I had a fantastic stay at Escala Hotel & Suites in Budapest. The apartment was spacious and modern, with all the amenities I needed. The view from the balcony was fine - I could see the cityscape for miles. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep every night.

I had a minor issue when the TV in my room wouldn't work. the staff were quick to respond and resolved the issue promptly.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with two metro stations within walking distance. This made it easy for me to explore the city and visit various attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with L'Occitane toiletries. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good variety of tasty options to start the day. The view from my room was also quite nice, allowing me to enjoy the surroundings.

The reception area was a bit untidy and the staff seemed unprofessional at times, which was a disappointment.

The staff at this hotel were really good too make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The cleaning ladies kept the apartment super clean, and the personnel at breakfast were always friendly and cute. We especially want to thank Gábor at the Reception for his excellent assistance in extending our stay. we had a great experience and hope to return.

Great location near shopping center and Lidl. Las Vegas casino nearby. Helpful staff, accommodating cleaning service. Tasty breakfast with full English options. Spacious room with everything needed. Friendly reception. Perfect small apartment.
